Safari in page search using address bar

iOS and iPadOS

Hi all,

Maybe this topic has already been covered, if so sorry for that in advance, but I have just recently learned about a feature in safari that one can perform an in page search in Safari to find information using the address bar. For example, when the applevis site is open in safari one can go to the address bar, clear what's there, type ios and in the search options that show, down in the bottom of the list is says on this page. After double tapping on that on the bottom of safari there is a search bar where all chosen words in this case "ios" can be chosen by a previous and next button, a search field to enter new text and a close button. Apparently when one taps on one of the previous or next buttons the text is highlighted and the screen jumps to that location (so the behavior as described from a sighted friend). My question or problem is that voicover doesn't seem to read the highlighted text as the it gets moved to. Is there anyway to do this? Or is tripple tapping with two fingers the only way to go? I'm using iOS 8.3 on an ipad mini. Thanks for any suggestions. Have a nice day,

Fritz
