Sooner than we think!

Hello Niki,
I happen to get to play with the IOS 13.2 bita 2 for a while, think Apple might roll out the update coinciding with the IPAD and Mac event in late October.
Mind you, this is only my conjecture without any supporting evidence.
I am also eagerly awaiting the update to fix some annoying issues.
All in all, though, I experienced very few annoying bugs and the update seems quite solid, though of course there are many of us experiencing various issues and bugs.
well, lets hope the update turns out soon,
Good day!

Beta 2

I just saw article that beta 2 was remove by apple during weekend. Hope they fix the many bugs that people do not believe exist. I just was talking to someone via phone and as soon I finished talking to the person my phone froze and VO went away. I was not using any earpad or headset. I had to press my speaker that I use to play music and connect to the phone to get VO back. This is becoming a major blank.

Early November is my guess. I think there is usually about a month's lead time between public beta and public release though this will vary.

Removal

The 13.2 beta was not removed as a whole. Only certain iPad Pro models. Due to bricking issue.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see release coincide with October event.

Are devices shipping with IOS 13?

If i happen to but a new phone today, will it be shipped with unlucky 13 or with iOS 12? With call hanging bug the newest of devices would be a pain if they are coming with iOS latest build.

I heard about bricking issues on ipad pros too. Maybe in Nov. we'll have an update. Like a lot of you, I cannot wait 4 13.2.
and with some ipad pros, I heard even a full restore didn't work. I heard 1 person tried going into Dfu. mode 2 restore, & couldn't get it 2 work, so they made an appointment with Apple 2 fix it. I think they said it was the 2018 ipad pro. That's what I heard on Imore.

I'd expect so

Hi, I'd expect so. There are methods of downgrading though if you really wish to sit out the small issues until resolved. Let me know if you need instructions on how to do so with iTunes (on 10.14) or through finder (10.15) and I'll dig out the instructions.

Yes. They are shipping with iOS13. You'll still have to upgrade the phone to iOS 13.1.2 or whatever version is out at the time you buy your phone.
