I was trying to use a site that has several pages and headings on the pages. The router is set to heading navigation. Using voiceover, is there a quick wayh I can navigate to the last heading on the page?

Go to the end of the page, such as by touching the Back button. Flick left once to get onto the page itself, then flick up. That should move you to the last heading, since you're going up from the bottom.
