Pronounciation issue with the South-African voices after installing IOS 12.3

Hello
After installing IOS 12.3 on my iPhone 8+, I discovered VoiceOver again says: "Ercent" in stead of: "percent. I rebooted my phone, but the problem still persists. On the rotor punctuation is set to some and I have other Siri english voices installed and no problem with them.
