problems with phone and family sharing

iOS and iPadOS

Hi, i'm having problems with my phone and family sharing.
A few months ago, I joined a friend's family sharing as she wanted to share some apps with me.
Once done, I left the family sharing but, recently, it keeps asking for her apple ID password which I never had.
I tried to reset my phone, erased all content and settings. The last iCloud back up it has is from 20th May.
I've even reinstalled my IOS to see if that'd make a difference but no joy.
If anyone has any help for this, it really would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Family Sharing Ownership

It's probably trying to establish ownership rights for the app. You should delete any apps she shared, and redownload them, purchasing them if necessary.
