Is the plague app accessible?

Hi everyone I was curious if anyone knows if the plague app by plague inc. I haven't seen an entry for it on this site. It looks like a fun game and I'd really like to be able to play it! If you have accessibility information on this app, please let me know. Thanks so much, Holly
