Not sure where your based. However, according to something I found on the web since November Dolphin Easy Reader now supports the RNIB catalogue in the UK. It does this via the Overdrive platform. So I'm guessing if you can download Overdrive books via RNIB then it looks like it does.
Yes Dolphin reader does support overdrive. You need to access it from Dolphin settings or libraries and put in your Overdrive RNIB library info like user name and Library pin into it. You can then search the catalog, borrow and download books. I love it its much better than trying to use the Overdrive website.
