Navigon USA and Pedestrian Mode

By Jim Fettgather, 16 November, 2012

Hello. I had noticed that most prior posts referencing Voiceover and pedestrian mode and the automatic speaking of turn by turn directions seem to point to Navigon Mobile. However, I am wondering if anyone has successfully gottn Navigon USA to speak turn by turn directions when in pedestrian mode? Thanks for any thoughts. Jim in KC

Yes, this is possible with Navigon.

You can in fact get Nabigon to speak turn-by-turn directions while in pedestrian mode. You have to set the route profile to "Pedestrian with Voice Announcements." It's in the "More"tab under "Route Profile." I hope this helps. Thanks, Shersey
