Looktel Money reader not updating?

Hi all. So down here in little old New Zealand we have recently changed our bank note designs. As a consequence the Money reader app no longer works with our new money. I saw this coming some months ago and emailed the developers asking if they would be updating the recognition database accordingly. I was concerned as I hadn't seen an update from them in some time, where most aps seem to update frequently. My email disappeared into a black hole, never to be heard from again. Are they still operating? Because there doesn't seem to be much movement on that front.

Sadly I don't have good news/

Here in Israel we have been trying to get Looktel to update thier notes for more than a year and nothing has appened.

After tge 50 Shekel note was updated tha app was still usable since the unrecognizable note was the 50.
But now that the 200 Shekel note has also been updated, More reader has been rendered useleles.

We ifered them every kind of assistance, including a contact at Israel's central bank (that they asked for) and still not update.
