Seroprock is another sinthasizer for VoiceOver. search for Seroplay and you'll find it. for it to work, there is one free voice which comes with it, the rest are paid. you can use your personal voice with VoiceOver, which tecnicly is an AI voice.
I'm still in the hopes that Acapela will work on iPhone soon. Tried CerePlay and they have improved the responsiveness of the engine, but it depends on which version you install. This raises a serious concern: if you're installing these voices on-device, why is there any lag at all?
