Issues With iOS 13.2 and Apple Music

iOS and iPadOS


Has anyone else updated to 13.2 and had issues with Apple Music and VoiceOver?

I've noticed the following issues:

- Scrolling through the "for you" and "browse" tabs does not work.

- Clicking on anything within those tabs does not work.

I called Apple support, and they said I was the first one to report it. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced it.

What you're describing is what I'm getting in the videos app after tapping on see all.

It's a shame apple doesn't update their apps separately to the operating system, if they did, these could be fixed with a patch.

I can browse apple music just fine, the tv app on the other hand, I can view movies and tv shows, but when I want to see more than the three it shows me by tapping see all, I get nothing.

I have the same version of iPhone and iOS and am having those same issues. I found that if I use the scroll bar that now seems to appear on the screen (a welcome new feature) I can get the display to scroll, but three-finger swiping up or down to scroll does not work reliably, and single-finger swiping left or right through items, such as albums of an artist, reads the correct items but doesn't seem to actually set focus to them, as double-tapping either does nothing or opens the wrong thing. Very annoying when they break something that was previously working.
