iOS and iPadOS

Hello
I haven't been here for a long time and today I back to make a question regarding to
the native iOS podcast app
I am subscribed to few Podcast channels and are set to automatic downloads.
however since last week I haven't seen any new episodes in my library
This came after apple release the laters software update 13.6.1 I don't know if this is something to do with the later software version or just there not new episodes to download.
9to5Mac daily usually this channel release episodes every single day however in the Podcast app show the last episode from August 14th
99% Invisible usually release episodes once of week and came Tuesdays and last episode show as August 11th
Reply All this channel release episodes once in a while however the last episode was not able to download last episode Thursday
I haven't change any settings in the podcast app
are you having the same issue or if someone is subscribed to different channel is able to download the new episodes?
Thnaks and advance.

Hi,
9to5 Mac daily will be back on Monday, August 24.
I’m not sure about the others.
Perhaps, try unsubscribing & resubscribing.

hey the native podcast app …

hey
the native podcast app *does not notify when a new episode comes. at least this is the case with me. ever since I've installed it when I got my IPhone and went into listening to podcasts, it has never notified me.
the consequence is that I miss out on episodes and after a while I go and check back it says it seems you are no-longer interested in this podcast so we stopped downloading the episodes. then I have to click on 'download again' to download the episodes again.

if someone knows how to report bugs and has done so in the past, please, please, please report it! :) I have never reported any bug and don't know how to.. I think I won't be able to explain them very well :)

Having This Same Issue...

Hi. I've kind of had the same issue, although it seems most of the podcasts to which I'm subscribed are downloading their episodes okay. I think just one isn't, and I tried unsubscribing and then re-subscribing. But no dice. That one is a politics podcast which is an audio of the newsletter that is sent out each weekday. Their website and e-newsletter are totally accessible with VoiceOver though, so it's really no big deal for me. Also, my push notifications in that app were working but now they're not. Either that or they're delayed a good deal.

Same here. I'm thinking of unsus\bscribing from my podcasts and deleting the app. If it isn't working, why waste time and space? There must be other podcast apps out there that will give me the same podcasts.
