Sounds a bit like voice dream reader which is an app I use for the same purpose, almost.

One suggestion though don't limite it to itunes as not all of usknow how to use, or have a computer.

Good luck.

It is in my To-do list

Hey ... please go and negotiate with nuance and see if they can make eloquence available as a voice for your app.
I will suggest the same thing to voicedream devs ... if it was an in-app purchase I and almost everyone else would buy it.
Having no eloquence at all is painful butt the place I miss it more is when reading books. The fact that nuance negotiated and are distributing their voices for android is a signal that may be it is still possible.+
