Image Stabilization on iPhone 6

iOS and iPadOS

In recent days, we've been getting input from some of our users that the scanning and capture is blazing fast ("better than laser") on the iPhone 6 with iOS9.

I was discussing this with one of the developer support folks at Apple and she mentioned to me that one of the major changes in the 6 (and one that was further enhanced with the new OS) is that it has image stabilization and she thought that might well be a factor, particularly if the people who were using the phone to scan had hand tremors.

Has anyone noticed a difference of this type? I'm very curious (and Apple is, too)

I noticed a difference, but I was moving from an iPod Touch 4, to an iPhone 6.
