how to post questions to amazon app

iOS and iPadOS

has someone done before:
how to post _ make questions amazon to the public in the iOS app or using safari in Mac or iOS
sorry if my question is not too clear I will try to explain in the better way.
I having some issue with both platforms iOS app and safari on Mac may is something related to amazon accessibility but okay here whats the issue
I have on my amazon list some specific item
this items is brand new per haves you think about the warranty however in the item description and the info do not show nothing regarding to the warranty.
I had already for the last weeks sent couple notes to the seller under the seller profile
where says ask or make a question however only this conversation is via email between the seller and the client, the first thing is I have not received any answer yet the seller is not answer it all
and of course I have to know about the manufacture warranty before to place the order.
and would like to make the question to the public where all are able to see it and see if I could get some answer from another clients who had bought the item. Thanks.

If you e-mailed the celler, then you have to wait for an answer. If you don't hear from them in a few days, get in touch with Amazon again. As for questions being publick? The answer is no. If it is an e-mail between you and the celler, then Amazon gets a copy of that and see's that. If someone asks you a question publically, that's a different story. The warranty you get with products is not up to amazon. It is up to the company. As long as you have a model, or serial number if it is an electronic item.

Its very different from the website. On the website I can tap on a answered questions link near the customer reviews link. Using the app, and on an iPad, I had to scroll down the product page to find answered questions. Then find the see all questions link under the first few answered questions. Tapping the see all questions got me to where I could ask my own question. there is a text box for typing in your question. Type your question then find just under the text box the button to ask the community. You will receive emails for any answers that you get.
