I bought a new kitchen faucet and took a picture of it for my Pllumber. The first description said a person next to a showerhead, which made some sense. Then it said a person holding a shovel and a little later a person next to a model airplane. My, the photo describer is certainly inventive.

If it's the native iOS photo description, it could be looking at your reflection on the shiny surface of the faucet. This would be like a fun house mirror with the curves. It's done this with several things around my home, like a silver door knob on one of my doors.
The descriptions have become a little better over time.
