Family Sharing Set Up and iCloud Update Payment Problems

I have been trying my best to set up Family Sharing on my iphone. Each time I have tried I get the message in the second step of setting up Change your payment method. Your payment for this account to be verified. Please update it in the settings. I tried this numerous times without any success.

When I tried updating my payment in iCloud the picker for the expiration month will only let me choose November and December.

I would like any suggestions to fix the problems I'm having. Have a good day!

What problems are you having in setting up family sharing? I had a problem with going to the next link, but instead of double tapping, you will want to double tap and hold till you hear a sound, then release. That should take you to the next link. You'll probably have to do that twice.

I am working with Apple with the problems with Family Sharing. I hope the Engineering team can see if they can find and fix them. I'll learn more on Sunday.

The problems that I am having concerns having the same error message about changing my payment method. Your payment method for this account can not be verified. Please add a different one under itunes and app store in settings. I get this message when I turn off Voice Over when I tap on the contine link for the sharing apps etc step when I try to set up Family Sharing. When I have VO on athis same step it gives me a in progress and does not do anything else after that. I've made sure that my payment imfo is updated each time. I get the same message at this point until these probs can be figured out. I'll keep everyone updated about this.

I would like to say my problem with setting up Family Sharing has been fixed. The Apple engineering team was able to fix my problem and I have successfully set up Family Sharing.

Call the Apple Accessibility and explain your problem. They will verify your problem by helping you set up Family Sharing step by step. In the end the Apple Engineering team fixed the problem I was having. I hope this helps you with the same problem I had!
