Email in IOS 6.

Hello, I was wondering 2 things. In IOS6 and the email app, how do you change between email addresses while composing a message? Also is there a way to mass delete all emails? I heard from a podcast, there is a delete all mail feature in IOS
6.01. Thanks, any help would be much appreciated.

Changing addresses. Hi Jeffrey, Changing email addresses took me awhile to figure out, but it is pretty simple. Just double tap on the from field, and the bottom half of the screen will change from the keyboard to a picker item box from which you just select the address you want your outgoing message to be sent from. I'm not sure about the global delete mail option.
