Hello all:

I need to copy large amount of files from my mac to my Iphone,
but i need to put them on my Iphone inside a folder in the files app, with there original names.
I tried connecting my Iphone to my mac through the USB cable but i couldn't find the Iphone at all.
am running Mac Os 14.
also, if i need to use the Airdrop, all files go to the photos app which i do not want to happen,
i need the files to go to my files app inside a folder with there names in order to know what are these videos.

Any ideas will be highly appreciated

If you are using iCloud, this is incredibly easy. On your Mac, press command, shift, 'i'. This will open up iCloud Drive on your computer. Simply copy/paste your files into a folder from within iCloud. Typically, I would use a downloads folder, but really you can use whichever one you want.
It will take a little time, depending on your Internet speed, but once everything has uploaded to iCloud, you can access it immediately on your iPhone through the files app. Simply go to the same folder on the files app on your iPhone, that you uploaded your files to on your Mac, and you will see all of the files. You will have to download them, from iCloud onto your phone, but again that just depends on your data speed.

HTH.
