I'm alwayws always forget to charge my phone, because the charging alarm alert me on 10%, so, i forgot that battery will die,
just asking if i can set an alarm to tell me that the battery reached 2% or 1%? etc?

you can't do that
the alert for battery status is not configurable
There is shortcuts
Open the Shortcuts app to create a automation, choose battery level, choose below and then choose the percentage, next, search for speak text, you can choose whatever you want for Siri to speak. I was able to successfully set it so when my phone reaches 5%, it would say low battery charge your phone, remember that you have to turn off ask before running
I did it
I did it from long time ago, but can not make my short cut less than 10%, but after reading your reply, i did it with 5%, but do not know how can i make siri says this?
Once you find where it says speak
Click on your automation that you just created, click on speak text, Find where it says speak, use one finger to flick up until you hear edit, after that, type in what you want Siri to speak.
Siri did not speak
I did all your suggestions, but siri did not say anything
Battery
Suggest you set it higher. 5% is no longer recommended. It affect the battery health.
