I won't personally be trying it, I have voice vista,but it's free so you can try it. It's availible for IPHone and IPad, (although why you'd want a navigation app on an IPad; I'll never know.)
I had a look at it but haven't tested it yet. Looking at its settings, for example, I'd like to see options that'd let me configure the radius, specify the categories of POIs, learn more about the types of maps used, if any, ... I may keep it on my iPhone for a while to see whether its developer will release new or revised options/settings. However, I'd stick with VoiceVista.
On a related note, how can I find out whether navigation/orientation apps rely on GPS and/or Galileo?
