Calls in face time

Hello to all.
My perens is founde in China.
I want to talk with them in face time.
Wen i am try to call to my futher i not founde option "face time.
In the iphone heem face time has aloud.
I am doing sumthing not correct?
I am happy to yours help.

calls and FaceTime

If you are having problems making or receiving FaceTime calls.
First make sure that both devices are updated to the latest version of iOS. To do this go to settings general and then go to software update if it says you're software is up to date then both devices are updated.
Make sure that FaceTime is enabled in settings FaceTime.
Make sure that the date and time is set correctly go to settings general date and time and then choose set automatically.
Make sure that you and the other person you want to FaceTime has an active wifi or cellular connection.
Next try to restart you're device.
