Bug with downloading iOS voices on iPadOS 14.1

Hey guys, is anyone else having this problem when they try to download a voice on iPadOS 14.1? It shows that the voice is downloaded, but it is not allowing me to click on it. For example, when I click on the recently downloaded ava voice, it does not do anything. It says, stop downloading Ava, 534 MB. I get this with several other voices that I've tried to download also. Is there a workaround for that that you are aware of? I posted about this before but no one seems to have seen it. I don't know if this is happening on iPhones as well. It won't even let me erase the voice and try downloading it again Even if I'm not using it.
