Be my eyes language mismatch question

By techluver, 6 April, 2022

Forum
iOS and iPadOS

Hello.
For my own reasons, I needed a be my eyes volunteer that is "not" from the country where I live to help me with something.
So I switched my be my eyes language (both app and in the settings) to language X, which is spoken very far away from me across the world, but in which I'm also extremely fluent.
I also made sure I didn't have any secondary languages set. Does someone know why I didn't get someone who speaks language X? I got someone who spoke English, which would have been fine in 99% of situations, but not this one. I was just curious why the trick of switching languages didn't work. Thanks.
