battery draining faster than normal

iOS and iPadOS

I have an iPhone SE running the latest version of ios12. My battery seems to be draining more than normal. I'm not using the phone more than I usually do. It is also warmer than it usually is to the touch even when I'm not using it. I checked my battery health and it tells me my battery is supporting normal peak performance at 91 percent. I checked the percentage of apps and nothing unusual. I did a reset and restore and it still is warmer to the touch and battery percentage is dropping rather quickly. I'm thinking I may have updated an app that maybe taking a lot of background CPU than normal but can't put my finger on it. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Faster battery drain just recently.

Hi Troy, Just within the past three days or so, I've noticed my phone's battery doesn't last as long as it has been. Usually I only needed to charge my phone every other day. But just recently, it's every evening. And I am not using my phone any more often. Any ideas why this is happening all of a sudden? Thanks.

Looks like it's probably time

Looks like it's probably time for a new battery. The SE devices are quite old so I would have the battery checked.
