Applications for sport

Hi all, I'm going to the gym and want to know which applications you use on the iPhone for sports. Especially I am interested in applications that can run inside and let me know the distance and speed of my exercise. Thank you very much.

runtasktic is a good app that uses GPS location info to track you're distanc e on how long you have been running.

Hi, thanks for replying. The problem is that I do exercise indoors, so the gps does not work.
