Application soundcore

Hello everyone,
First of all, I am glad to join this community, and I hope I am posting this in the right section of the forum. Since I couldn't find any help online regarding this issue, I am turning to you hoping someone can help me.
I have just purchased the Soundcore Q30 headphones and I am really happy with them. However, I am experiencing major accessibility issues with the companion app.
The most blocking issue is with the custom equalizer: while it is possible to choose the preset profiles, it is completely impossible for me to create my own custom EQ. It is not possible to interact with or move the sliders properly. In addition, many buttons and tabs in the settings are unlabelled, which forces me to click randomly to guess what they do.
I would like to know if any of you have managed to adjust your own custom EQ despite this? Is there a trick or a workaround to make the app more usable for this specific feature?
For your information, I have already contacted Soundcore support to report these specific issues, in the hope that they will make their app more accessible.
