Hi All,
I have an iPhone 8 with the latest update. Apple Pay worked fine until this month. When I try to order something through iTunes or any other app, it says my card is declined. My bank says there is no problem on their end. I deleted the card in Wallet and tried to reenter it. It said "cannot connect to Apple Pay.
I found a few suggestions online, but nothing seems to work. Could this be a problem in IOS 15? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Update
After I wrote this, I discovered the problem, I hope. Somehow, under Apple ID and payments and shipping in settings, an old card is listed as my default card. I know I removed it from wallet, but Apple ID didn't get the message. Now, I'm struggling to add my new card. I managed to crash the app, hopefully, temporarily. I'll try again tomorrow.
Wallet versus App Store
App Store payment method and wallet is completely different,
Wallet is for use with Apple Pay, not for App Store and iTunes purchases, Apple Pay is used in online/non-App Store purchases or through merchants,
App Store payment method can be changed through settings greater than name greater than payment and shipping
