App to create searchable password-protected files?

Hi,

I'd like to be able to have some notes which I could search and which could be protected by a password or touch id on my phone. I know the native notes app could do this in that you can lock a note and there is a "search" feature but when I search, Voiceover doesn't get put onto the search result as far as I can tell. So I have to read through the whole load of text to find things I want. Has anyone any recommendations for an app enabling me to search and password-protect some text?

Hoping everyone is having a peaceful and happy holiday as much as you can.
