an alternative to Looktel Recognizer?

I think seeing ai recognizes some currencies. You can use it to read the number on the notes also.

Try seeing AI. It might do what you want it to, and so much more.

The equivalent to Looktel is called Cash Reader. Unfortunately it's a paid app and its either subscription based or fairly pricy from what I remember. The nice thing about looktel is that it would repeat the bill it identified. Seeing AI only reads it once unless you take the bill away from the view of the camera and put it back again. A minor annoyance, but Seeing AI is free which is why I will stick to Seeing AI for money identification. As others have said in previous comments, it does so much more than just identify money though.
