I found an app that works really good on iOS. the adult swim app. Once you sign in with a tv provider, you can easily access dragon ball and other anime, along with other shows that come on cartoon network adult swim's night-time block of shows. The shows are even downloadable for offline viewing. The app supports airplay as well. Nearly all buttons are labeled.
