adding attachments to E-mail in iOS13?

I might be missing something obvious, but I cannot figure it out. I thought you could attach a file to an E-mail with the edit menu, but I no longer see this as an option. I only see select all and/or select. Have they moved this option elsewhere in the mail app?

Swipe to the format bar and you will see attach file and attch photo/video. I had to google this as this has ben the case I think since ios 12.

I was confused at first, but the toolbar appeared after I swiped past the autocorrect options.

It is on the very right hand

It is on the very right hand side above the p key. I can't figure out how to close it but I'll learn one day lol! Glad it helped.
