A: Each expedition allows you to challenge one realm with 20 levels. To unlock a new realm, use 1 Expedition Order to restart the expedition or wait for the event reset. After restarting, you may select any unlocked realm, but your choice cannot be changed unless you restart again.

Q: I'm a French iOS user, and the game redirects to the App Store upon launch.

Based on player feedback, we’ve compiled the following troubleshooting guide. If you encounter problems while playing, try these solutions first. If they don’t resolve your issue, please click the feedback link at the end of the article to report it. (When you click submit on the feedback website, a pop-up window unrelated to the feedback may appear. Please ignore it for now.)We are working tirelessly to address all reported issues and optimize the game’s performance on your devices.

Question 1: Why can’t I receive the email verification code?

Answer: We recommend selecting "Register with a self-created account", then setting up your username, password, and security questions. This method allows account creation without an email address.

Question 2: The game freezes immediately after launch.

Answer: Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the game client. If you participated in beta testing but did not uninstall and redownload the final release, you may experience compatibility issues. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, click the feedback link below and provide your device details for further troubleshooting.

Question 3: The game randomly freezes in non-English language versions.

Answer: For Turkish, Vietnamese, Arabic, or Portuguese language versions: These translations are still undergoing final adjustments and will be officially released within 1-2 days. As a temporary fix, switch your phone’s system language to English and region to United States, then try the English version.

Question 4: I’m using the English version, but the game still freezes in certain scenarios.

Answer: Did you disable your device’s system screen reader after launching the game? Call of Fate includes a built-in screen reader. During this extra time, we worked hard to bring you several important improvements: we’ve expanded multi-language support (now including English, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Turkish, and Arabic), enhanced TTS compatibility for iOS, and optimized overall game stability.
