Storm8 ID creation help?

Ahoy all. as some of you may know by now,I have started playing the I Mobsters game by storm8. I'd like to try their other games,but before that I'd like to create a storm8 ID. Googleing tells me to tap on storm8 tab which is accessed by tapping on a cog. obviously I have no idea where that cog is to access the settings tab from where a storm8 ID can be created. Could anyone give me a hand with this? And Also,I have heard that one can get honor slash faver points if one installs other storm8 games through their apps. I.E if I downloaded and installed raceing live through I mobsters I only see the lavagames in their adds though.which is a unlabled button. Any help with these questions is much appreciated Thanks.
