To enroll in college, you must pick a major first I believe. Next, go click on the college tab again and choose to enroll. Finally, click on the college tab yet again and select the level of admission. If your stats are enough, you will qualify. From then on, just keep clicking on the college tab and have an experience. I believe you will need 12 experiences in order to graduate.
