I can't recommend any existing endless runner (other than FEER) but I'm interested in the same question.
I can explain why :)
We are developing at myTrueSound (Finland) an infinite runner type game which should be ready not earlier than December. Its name is MusicMaze. The game is based on the original idea of one student from Spain, Dani, who was doing a practice work period in our company.
Development is moving a bit too slow, but firmly. We have had quite of a challenge with the work, because our main developer left few months ago to a bigger company (not gaming) and the new developer, who is pretty good too, has however have challenges to catch up (it is not easy never to follow somebodyelse's code). In addition, we wanted to add visuals to the game, because many folks from this community ask for games that also sighted people can play. Certainly we want to make games of the interest of as many people as possible, so both blind and sighted can meet in the same game arena.
Main game mechanics are based on audio though. And so we are at this moment a bit struggling with some of the animations. The music and the sound effects are kind of ready and are super cool (both done by musician Janne Kantola), the story is quite solid (although not very much talking, just action), and we think the game is going to be fun to play. However, we can't be sure of that until we don't have the first alpha versions to play and test. The game will most probably have 6 levels, plus the last one which is truly infinite.
We will bring more information about this game most probably by mid October. We are a bit struggling too with the money, but it is my task to fix that shit.
So that is all what I could tell to answer to your question. But as I say, I also would like to test some other runners fully accessible for the blind.
There’s always blindfold runner. Other than that though, I don’t know of any for iOS. And as for music maze, oh my gosh, I am already so excited. It sounds like my type of game.
