Blind Drive help, please?

Hello,
I'm totally stuck on the chapter entitled The Showdown on the Blind Drive app. I don't how to get a right pattern to dodge icecream guy's bullets, so has anyone else besides me gotten to this point/maybe, past it? This game's fun for a simulator, but what do those icecream trucks actually give you? of course, that's off topic here, but I kept losing whatever it was soon after obtaining it.

just try to go in the other direction quickly as soon as you hear it coming. I think the ice cream trucks give you extra lives. Hope this helps.
