Hi all,
I've been interested in fanfiction for a while, both reading and writing. I've read a few on the generic fanfiction websites, but I've never been able to post any of my own. I was wondering if there was any app for both reading and writing fanfiction that is accessible for the blind on an iPhone. I'm not too familiar with fanfiction apps, just the websites, which work fine for reading, but I want to know if there's something I'm missing.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Skye

Hi. My name is Zac. I have not posted here much, if at all, but I am starting to get into fishing and I wonder if there are any apps for the Blind that detail fishing spots and wear fish are on the bite. A lot of my cited friends who fish use apps to tell them about tides and where the best fishing spots are, and if fish are on the bite or not. Would there be something similar for someone who is totally blind? It might also be worth mentioning that Iβm from Australia, which may make some difference.
<p>Hi Everyone, I'm just wondering for those fitness enthusiasts out there have you come across any good apps for tracking fitness i.e. tracking work outs/runs etc. One app I came across was Onyx Timer which does exactly what I want in an app but unfortunately it's not fully accessible. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/onyx-timer-hands-free-voice/id880784736?mt=8 If anyone could suggest an app they find useful or tips as a workaround I would appreciate it! Thanks.
Hello everybody,
Our latest app released is now available in the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
It is called Accessible Flash cards and it has educational purposes.
You can know more about it in our web page: Tyflos Accessible Software

Hello.
I would like a very simple diary or journal app.
It has to be in landscape mode because I am using an iPad and multitasking via slide over or split view.
I donβt need a lot of features and I just want to write down my thoughts and stuff.
I just need the date and a text field for the diary and wonder if there is a good simple diary?
I do NOT have a computer and so it has to be in iOs.
I'm looking for a voice memo app that is accessible with voice over and speaks the name or the record button and stop button WHILE recording. Most don't speak names while recording.
Thanks for any help!
Paul
Hi everyone,
I'm totally blind and my kids are visually-impaired but mostly use their iPads visually for now.
Does anyone know of any games, particularly card games like Uno, that are both visually interesting while also accessible with VoiceOver?
I appreciate any ideas anyone might have.
Thanks,
Darrell
Hello,
I'm looking for an app that is accessible with VoiceOver for sharing and creating gifs/memes. I haven't heard of any developers who are working in this space, but it would be nice to have an app that works with voiceOver for sharing that one hilarious gif that says what you can't explain with your own words. I look forward to your suggestions.
Hello,
I've been trying to find a reasonably accessible app that could allow me to use GitHub. I've tried a couple of them and found them to not be that accessible. I was wondering if anyone out there might have some suggestions or know of one that is reasonably accessible to use.
Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks!
Hello.
I'll soon be in a situation where i'll need a graphing calculator that's accessible.
I found a standalone device for like $650 but that's insane. It would shock me if there isn't an accessible graphing calculator for the iPhone.
Does something like this exist?
Hi all,
I am having trouble finding accessible GRE prep apps. I hate to simply download and try too many of them because some of them are pretty pricey. I was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations? Thanks in advance,
Zengirl
I've been blind since birth, and I'm a VoiceOver user. I recently discovered that the handwriting mode in the rotor is accessible with VoiceOver. I was never taught the complete alphabet, symbols, special characters, etc., when it came to writing print in school. Is there a VoiceOver accessible tutorial that I can use to learn that? I know braille inside and out, but being able to use the handwriting mode would speed things up a lot.
Hello,
I heard there was a game on the app store, called Hogwarts Mystery, I think it was, and I downloaded it, and to no one's surprise, it was not accessible. I was wondering if anyone knows of any Hp apps of any kind that are accessible?
