Low battery alerts in an iPhone 14 Pro Max

Hey voiceOver community
I am having some issue with the low battery alerts in an iPhone 14 Pro Max
Let me tell that I have the low battery mode toggle Off
Running the later iOS version 16.5 however in reality not matter what iOS version was running always has been the same issue.
The low battery alerts never has sound in this device.
in case some of you are asking what kind of battery alerts I am talking about is those alerts when the device reach 20 or 10% remaining
I have contacted to the apple accessibility support and since as they do not have any answer the only article I found is over 6 months ago where mention about the low battery alerts has move to the dynamic island for the 14 pro models but even that I am not getting any sound or banner alert when the device reach low battery percentage.
Any one of you are having the same issue?
