lens protector iPhone 14, yes or no?

Hi,
For those of you who have the iPhone 13 or 14 pro, with the snazzy triple camera, do you guys use a lens protector or not? I'm using an otterbox commuter series case, but I don't know whether a lens protector is necessary, or would even fit.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I will definitely use screen protectors on the front of the phone as well as camera lens protectors because the camera lenses protrude a long way out. I definitely would not be without either of these forms of protection.
