iPhone Conference Calling Accessories

Does anyone have any suggestions on accessories that could turn a iPhone in a conference calling tool? The item should be able to fill a 15x20 room with 8 to 10 individuals with sound and a powerful enough mic to transmit voices clear enough during discussions. I need to use my iPhone 5 to handle these situations as meetings are held at public locations without any available conferencing equipment. The recent blog post reviewing the Jawbone Jambox seemed to be able to meet the minimal requirements, but it did not fully convince me. Anyone have any suggestions?

You can use skype if you want to use a conferencing tool.

I am looking for hardware accessories. We all can agree that the iPhone alone is only average at best when placed into speaker phone mode. This is based on a speaker that is only meant to transmit sound decently at arms length. I am looking for something that turns the iPhone into a legit conferencing phone, emmitting enough clear sound to cover the size of a small or medium size office or board room. Additionally, the mic must be of decent enough quality to allow the 8 to 10 individuals who would be around the table to speak at normal levels. I am using my iPhone to call into a teleconferencing number in order to conduct regularly scheduled meetings that pulls folks from varying locations. My organization lacks any physical locations of our own, so we always use locations like libraries, meeting rooms at resturants, and anywhere else we may assemble the main body and allow remotes to call in.
