Help, VoiceOver commands not working with Magic Keyboard

I have the magic apple key board . non of the vo command are not working . when pressing vo +q to tagle nev mod on , i am geting option to changing lable . what cann i do to solve the problem ?

I solved the problem . I simply switched the phone interface to English and the problem was solved.
