Help needed with updating JawBone JamBox software

I have a big jam box from Jawbone. I just bought it a few days ago and I want to connected to my computer to update it. I also connected to my iPhone and downloaded the app. Which by the way is not too accessible. Anyway does someone have to Updating the Software, How Sassapaw the Website Is, or Anything Else about Using the big jam box. How accessible is the website, and how accessible is the little updater that you have to download.

The jaw bone website is very accessible.
Did you create a jaw bone account.
You need to sing in to you're jaw bone account to install the updater.

I already created the account and logged in. I got it to update and it worked.

What jam box do you have. Do you have the mini jam box or the big jam box?

Can anyone confirm this works in El Capitan, I don't get very much Feedback with voiceover on the job on webpage. And when I open the job loan application it just says job on has no windows. After installing the job one application I go back to the website and click continue and that's where I get no feedback doesn't tell me if it's updating or if it even recognize my device I get no feedback. I don't see how you can save this website and the job on application is accessible with voiceover.

Hi, trying to update my jambox mini, having exactly the same issues as the post above. It doesn't seem to be doing much. Wondering if the battery has to be a certain charge? I got someone to look at the screen and nothing seemed to be happening. Woe is me...
