Hello, greetings.

I have an issue with my iPhone headset. My Headset Control buttons are not working. To pick up the incoming calls, increase/decrease volume, Pause/play music, I have to use my device. The control button located on the earplug wire, don't work.

Kindly suggest.

Regards,
Tejas

Tejas, the only thing you can do is get them replaced. Mine does that every 3 to 6 months, I use it every day. Just take them to the apple store and explain whats up. If you need to buy they're $30 with tax, I recently had to buy a new one. That includes a 1 year waranty, otherwise you can buy with a 90 day waranty. I hope this helps.@Tejas,
