Hi all,
firstly I hope everybodies well?
Secondly I have a Amazon fire stick but due to not being able to access apps except netflix and disney plus I am looking into apple tv.
Now I have an iphone but can only do swipe left/right up and down plus doubble tap the rest of the time I need to use my Orbit reader 20 Braille display. So my first question is does the new apple tv remote rely on any other gestures such as using four finger gestures.
Also is there physical buttons on the remote failing that can I pair the orbit up as soon as it's out of the box as would find it hard to imput on touch screen keyboard.
Equally are netflix, bbc iplayer itv hub all 4 amazon prime all accessible on apple tv.
I have no sight so would be totally reliant on vo i gather that the remote is a bit clunky with vo is this correct? What would people recommend as to generations etc for first time apple tv user, who will rely on vo and braille display for imput rather than touch screen keyboard.
Thanks to everyone in advance

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the new Apple TV remote that Apple announced at their recent spring event does not require touch gestures at all, it has dedicated physical buttons. I also believe the older Apple TV will now be available with the new remote, if you don't want to buy the newest and most expensive option.
