Using a Refreshable Braille Display with YouTube?

Hello everyone. i am a access technology instructor in training and was wondering. While watching a video with a refreshable braille display, does the text from the video display on the braille device using a YouTube application on a iPad.

I can feel the instructions for youtube--search, share, comment, etc.,
but not any text on a video that may be playing.
Sometimes I have received text from ads (wouldn't you know it).
using hims u2 and ipad.
