Navigating in Pages and VoiceDream Reader using Braille Display

Hi
First: any info on how to navigate Pages document on iPad using a braille display? I navigate by lines, but at the end of the page I navigate the app options.
Second: the same for VoiceDream Reader, how to navigate by pages?
