How to insert headings in to pages using a braille display

Hi all,
I am trying to create a rough document for a forum using my Orbit Reader and maybe pages as I can't get voice Dream to export the document to RTF or word as it doesn't appear in Icloud on my PC so I can't read it on Jaws.
Now is pages the best option for the Iphone for writing a document and will it allow me to type on my orbit reader, if so please may someone tell me how to create a file and add headings, and navigate ETC. As have never used pages before and want a quick and easy way to write and insert headings then edit before exporting to PC.
