I am trying to pair my BrailleNote Apex with my IPhone 5S and can't seem to make it work. The first couple times I did it it said can't connect please make sure the apex is ready to connect and the password is correct. Now it is saying can not load driver for Apex. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.
Which version of Keysoft are you running? Also, have you tried both restarting your phone and doing a soft reset on the Apex? I've had to do resets with space and 4-5-6 or JKL on the qt before to get it paired for the first time.

Hi,
I would suggest a reset of basic flash disk files.
Options (space with o or function + o)
Support information mode (Space with I or read with I)
Restore flash files (backspace with R or Control Fn R)
Then ensure you are in Braille Terminal mode with your channel set to bluetooth.
Cheers

I am running keysoft 9.4, when I tried pairing after the soft reset the phone tells me make sure Apex is turned on and in range. It is sitting on my lap, so I know it is in range. I checked that bluetooth is turned on and the braille terminal says bluetooth also.

Not sure what did it, but it finally connected. Might have been a combination of the two suggestions.
Thank you
