Braille Command for Navigating to Dock, iOS12?

Forum
Braille on Apple Products

Hi, all. I just got a new iPod with iOS12. On previous versions, I was able to navigate to the dock with dots 4-5-6 chord. That is not working currently. I have a RefreshaBraille 18, hardware version 2, driver version 6. Everything else works like a charm. Is it my setup, or is there no command assigned for this anymore? TIA

what happens if you hid space-456 twice?

Nothing happens. That was such an interesting suggestion that I thought for sure it would work. I tried each one of my two space bars on the Braille display, just in case, but no joy. Thanks anyhow. :)

using a hims u2 the chord-456 works same as always.
How nice for me, huh?
I guess you can add it it voiceover, braille, then click more info beside your display.
The command is something like mole to bottom or to rightmost element.
It is not really about dock.
I think.

Thanks, Brian, for the pointers. I'll definitely give that a try. Not sure why "move to last item" or whichever is not one of the default commands, but will look at it and see if I can modify it anyhow. Thanks! :)

Thanks for the help. I'm assuming now that it's something to do with my Braille display. I'll look into it and see if I need to update drivers, etc. Thanks. :)

Teresa, when you enter help mode with space-k then hit space-456
what does it say?

I hope you will let us know how you resolve this problem so I can finally get some sleep. smile

It spontaneously started working. Very strange. I hadn't rebooted my device or anything. Maybe there was a visual component that I wasn't aware of. It's a complete mystery. But I have it back again. Thanks for the help, Brian and others. :)

I did go into the commands area and attempt to change it, but it wouldn't take. I don't know if that affected anything, but it could have. Anyhow, curiouser and curiouser. :)
